VoyagerU and Online Product Training Programs Receive Finalist Honors for Best Professional Development Solution from Software & Information Industry Association

Dallas, TX., February 26, 2008 - Voyager Expanded Learning®, a business unit of Voyager Learning Company (OTC:VLCY.PK), announced today that the company's two professional development programs, VoyagerU® and Online Product Training are CODiE Award finalists for Best Professional Development Solution. The CODiE awards are given annually by the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA).

"We are extremely proud that both our professional development programs received the honor as a finalist for Best Professional Development Solution," said Warren Anderson, vice president of eTraining Solutions.

Established in 1986, The CODiE Awards are given each year by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), utilizing both journalist and peer-company reviews to identify the leaders and innovators in 75 categories across the software, digital content and education technology industries.

"Competition is tough this year and that makes selection as a CODiE Finalist a real achievement," said Ken Wash, SIIA president. "All the companies on this year's list should feel justifiably proud of their recognition."

Recipients of the 2008 CODiE Awards will be announced at a gala event on May 20, 2008, at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, CA.
